In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, your table reservation and deposit may be applied to another event date. By paying the deposit for your table for this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before paying your deposit, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.

Tables are priced at a minimum spend requirement before taxes and service fees. Your deposit will be applied to the minimum spend. The remaining required spend must be utilized by purchasing food and beverage in the venue.

You must be 21 years of age with a valid form of a government issued ID. Photos of IDs on cellphones, expired, or damaged IDs will not be acceptable forms of identification.

Dress Code: Beach Casual. No lockers or towels are available unless you are a hotel guest. Guest's are encouraged to bring their own towels and personal amenities.

Pool Hours: 11 am - Sundown (closing time is under venues discretion)

ALL TABLE DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. IF GUESTS NO SHOWS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AS A PENALTY.

VENUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
